Background

Dromeo Beginnings

As these discoveries unfolded in the mid-1990s, two Texas ranchers took notice. The get-rich-quick schemes once attached to Emu ranching turned them off. But there was something deeply compelling about the health benefits Emu products offered.

Lyn Walsh had many years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist. She knew the ins and outs of working with chemists to create effective formulations. She saw the potential in Emu Oil to transport powerful agents naturally and deeply through the skin, into the body.

Beverly Branch had many years of experience with pain. Before ranching, she spent years as an avid athlete. She was a brown belt in karate, a competitive swimmer, and a professional racquetball player. Then, in her early 20s, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, with its painful side effects. She saw the potential in naturally-healing Emu Oil to carry relief deep down where she felt the pain.

Together, Walsh and Branch decided to investigate the possibilities of developing Emu Oil products.

The Company

Dromeo Inc. is now well established, formed in 1995. Walsh serves today as President, and Branch as CEO.

Walsh's commitment to natural and effective use of the Emu Oil extended the development process to more than a year of formulating and reformulating Dromeo Pain Relief Analgesic before bringing it to market. Finally, she believed the laboratory had met her high standard, finding the perfect blend of pain-relief properties to take advantage of the unique deep-penetrating ability of Emu Oil.
